Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, made-to-order, digital, and sale / offer items are non-returnable. If you are unsure, please confirm before placing your order.
Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, use Report a Problem on your order page or chat with us on this site - our team guides you through it within 24 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
